Empty documents list for term search

When you do a search on "flu" and select the first documents you are led to a document set page with three documents. You can also reach this page with this link. The fourth term on that page is "year-month fixed effect", but when you click the associated link http://localhost:3000/search?q=year-month%20fixed%20effect&type=exact you get an empty results page.
