attempts to fix issue on windows on not loading the wave link inputs/outputs correctly. El Gato changed something with 1.8.1 it seems like.
also adds an addition debug level in settings. the higher the number the more logs the plugin will generate to debug. defaults to 1
attempts to fix an issue with non-english computers detecting if wave link is open or not.

fixes compatibility with el gato wave link 1.8.0
-adds ability to toggle /mute mic from touch portal
-removes connectors for gain, pc mix, and output volume for mic and changes the actions for mic options to be set only and can not do increase/decrease for mic gain, pc mix and output volume
-unsure if wave link 1.8 breaks anything else with the plugin.

-will try to add connectors back in the future when i have time. I know what is causing it, just have to implement it when i have time.
