What would you like to be added:

Plan execution error information in the plan status output.

Why is this needed:

This would make operators more easily debuggable when things go wrong. Right now
one has a few places to look for errors:

  • Kubernetes events
  • KUDO controller-manager logs
  • Per-pod events (through kubectl describe $pod)

It would be much more convenient if KUDO presented any errors related to the
execution of a plan directly on the plan status output.
