Hello, thank you for making such a great plugin!
While, I found that it is not possible to output both parent and child tasks at the same time by switching between the preference of the top level only on/off. I hope that all levels of tasks can be output smoothly according to the original indentation level. Will there be a way to make it?

Additionally, I found that the output only shows the top-level folders. Is it possible to output folders at all levels?

As issue #11 mentioned opml format, I am wishing to see them with rightly indentation format to show the original levels :)
