How to Merge both decompiled app #1

I have both compiled smali and res etc (kwhatsapp and orignal whatsapp)
when i merge their res and smali and all stuff in their respective dir's, its gives error on compiling in apktool.
Can you tell me how to merge them.

What's Error?

Its show Compile error where exception occurs and shows that some resources have found res folder

Decompile My KWhatsApp And observe, Where I Put method And res.
