Describe the bug
About 2-3 weeks ago I started getting notification spam, I haven't found a pattern and it doesn't happen a ton. I did notice it just happened when I was doing an flatpak update on Arch KDE w/ Nvidia.

To Reproduce
Not 100% sure, it seems to randomly (not frequent) happen

Additional context
It started happening a couple of weeks ago, I think it might be limited to when doing flatpak update, I am not 100% sure as it doesn't happen a lot and it's hard to "look for it" it just happens unexpectedly.

I removed my configuration (which was fairly simple) and I still have the problem. I was able to reproduce a single notification by checking for updates again although there are no updates.
