Need to edit systemd conf to change power settings for closing the lid? #2

I want my computer to not suspend when the lid is closed. There's no option for this in the Power area, and the Gnome Tweak Tool page for it is broken in a strange way (there's a label for the option, but no control).

The best reference I found is this forum thread, which says to edit /etc/systemd/login.conf to change:

#HandleLidSwitch=suspend

to

HandleLidSwitch=ignore

Is this really the best way to handle this?
