Table view does not include question names inside sub-groups

Question names in the html label are missing inside groups. It seems that only the first child in a group is referenced, so instead of group1 / group1a / question001 it just says group1 / group1a in the header - for each question within the subgroup.

When toggling show/hide question groups, the subgroup's name is shown instead of the question name.
