stringmods

A collection of open source modules written and maintained by the Northeastern String Theory group, for use in the String Vacuum and String Data projects.

Contributions of new modules are welcome and encouraged! Contributors will be credited in CREDITS file.

Contents:

  1. A scripts directory containing the modules themselves.

  2. A templates directory containing job script templates for running these modules with DBCrunch (https://github.com/knowbodynos/DBCrunch), a batch processing package written and maintained by Ross Altman.

  3. A dependencies directory containing a text file for each module, listing other modules that are required to finish running first.
