Describe the solution you'd like
Users can send a command to Horace to have him add their favorite quote to the list of optional image backgrounds.

Describe alternatives you've considered
This could be web based with an image upload / text input box, but if we had a section on Discord for a user to do it easily, it would be ideal.

Additional context
Command Idea: User types, !wallpaper 1 "Insert dope quote here"
Horace then reacts to the mesage.
Horace DM's the User an image with the combined image + quote.
(The design team will create images, with a section dedicated for the text to go)
