Versions

  • Python: 3.7.1
  • OS: Ubuntu 18
  • Kivy: 1.11.1
  • Cython: 0.29

Description

Including scipy yields an error when loading the module. Different errors for 32 bit and 64 bit pacakges.

Error for 32 bit packages:

dlopen failed: "/data/data/com.autosportlabs.podium/files/app/_python_bundle/site-packages/scipy/_lib/_ccallback_c.so" is 64-bit instead of 32-bit

Error for 64 bit pacakges:

dlopen failed: "/data/data/com.autosportlabs.podium/files/app/_python_bundle/site-packages/scipy/_lib/_ccallback_c.so" has unexpected e_machine: 62

# -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
# List as sections
#
# You can define all the "list" as [section:key].
# Each line will be considered as a option to the list.
# Let's take [app] / source.exclude_patterns.
# Instead of doing:
#
# [app]
# source.exclude_patterns = license,data/audio/*.wav,data/images/original/*
#
# This can be translated into:
#
# [app:source.exclude_patterns]
# license
# data/audio/*.wav
# data/images/original/*
#

# -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
# Profiles
#
# You can extend section / key with a profile
# For example, you want to deploy a demo version of your application without
# HD content. You could first change the title to add "(demo)" in the name
# and extend the excluded directories to remove the HD content.
#
# [app@demo]
# title = My Application (demo)
#
# [app:source.exclude_patterns@demo]
# images/hd/*
#
# Then, invoke the command line with the "demo" profile:
#
# buildozer --profile demo android debug

Command:

32 bit builds:

export APP_ANDROID_ARCH=armeabi-v7a
buildozer android debug

64 bit builds:

export APP_ANDROID_ARCH=arm64-v8a
buildozer android debug

scipy is not pure Python and does not have a recipe - this is not going to work.

The messages are due to pip downloading the binaries for some other architecture, probably because the wheel is named without considering Android.
