[Release 3.3.1] Incomplete DB, cannot log in

The initial database dump (kitodo_3-3-1.sql) provided with release 3.3.1 is missing data in several tables.

• There is no user to log in. There is no explanation how to add one (in particular: to get an encrypted password string for it) and give him full rights.
• There is no example LDAP server and group. Setting up an LDAP group manually requires deep konwledge and isn’t documented anywhere either.
• There is no example project. An example project with preconfigured folders LOCAL, DEFAULT and THUMBS should be provided, with proper example reference to secret subfolder “images” (see Do not use secret subfolder ”images” for linking #3659).

Please provide a dump with this data.
