Right now it can be as many replicates per condition. This is problematic because pairwise correlations will be made and plots are generated. This will fail after a certain limit.
I think there are two optons we can implement:
1.We only allow certain number of replicates per condition. When using more they have to be in different conditions (fast option, maybe not user friendly)
2. When doing pairwise comparisons we only select the first n replicates for that.
I think a good number of allowed replicates is 5 (10 comarisons)
