Stuck in unpacking APK

The unpacking process is performed by the third-party Apktool.
Have you tried updating it to the latest available version via Help → Check for Updates?

Anyway, other users never reported of such issue. APK Editor Studio is a totally free and open source tool, so instead of your statements such as "time wasting" you could just:

• Give more information about your system, Apktool version, Java version, or attempts on trying other APK files.
• Provide the APK, if the issue doesn't replicate with other files.
• Help investigating the issue. For example, by running apktool d foo.apk manually and checking the output.
• Use other tool that works for you.
