install ipyats at python 3.8

Hi Kevin ,

Doesn't it support python 3.8 yet ?

I can't install ipyats at all . I got error message as below.

Installed /home/jkim3/genie/lib/python3.8/site-packages/ipython-7.17.0-py3.8.egg
Searching for genie.conf
