#755 – APIExports / APIBindings / APIResourceSchemas. (Hopefully by community call time) merged.

Constraints:

• only absolute or relative workspaces references for now, no catalog feature (something for the future)
• no CR deletion yet on APIBinding deletion
• no support for different schemas between workspaces, that would break wildcard informers (to be resolved with virtual workspaces, 💣-issue obviously)

• Prototype 3-4: PCluster Registration/Admin Demo #418 still needs:
  • create WorkloadCluster object from syncer
  • build syncer controller that heartbeats
  • Cluster heartbeat controller #738 build cluster-health controller in the server @imjasonh (WIP)

These should move to P4.

  • 1 sub-server per workload cluster
  • APIs exposed to this sub-server are based on the NegotiatedAPIResource
  • Forwards to KCP server
