Terms of Service Agreement

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "you") and Rweb.site ("Katorly Lab", "lab", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the services provided by Rweb.site (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

By ticking the checkbox labeled I have read and accepted the Terms of Service in your Pull Request, you expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement in their entirety. This act constitutes an electronic signature and affirmation of your intent to be bound by these Terms of Service.

  1. Content and Activities Responsibility: The User is solely responsible for all content and activities that occur under their subdomain. Katorly Lab disclaims any responsibility for the User's content or activities.

  2. Prohibited Use: The User agrees not to use the Service for any purposes that are illegal or unauthorized by this Agreement. The Service must not be used in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any of Katorly Lab's servers, or the network(s) connected to any Company server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Service.

  3. Acceptable Use Policy:

    • The Service is intended for personal portfolio, blog, open-source projects, or learning projects.
    • The application for and use of subdomains for projects on Cloudflare Workers is hereby prohibited due to the frequent association of such practices with malicious activities.
    • The User agrees not to use the Service in a way that violates any laws, regulations, GitHub rules, or third-party rights.
    • The following content is expressly prohibited:
      • Adult content
      • Hate speech
      • Illegal content
      • Malware
      • Phishing
      • Email Service
      • Spam
      • Violence
      • Controversial topic
      • Political content
      • Gambling, fraud, hacking, brute force, cheats, scanning, legendary games, file hosting, novels, movies, dial-up, acceleration, mining, VOIP, VPN services, DNS services, NTP services, DDOS attacks, acceleration services, card brushing platforms, card issuing websites, payment platforms, mining relays, etc.
      • Any other content deemed inappropriate

  4. Termination and Suspension: Katorly Lab reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the User's subdomain and refuse any current or future use of the Service, for any reason at any time.

  5. Limitation of Liability: The User acknowledges that Katorly Lab shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Katorly Lab has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use of the Service.

  6. Assumption of Risk: The User acknowledges and agrees that they are using the Service entirely at their own risk. Katorly Lab makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the service.

  7. Compliance with Laws: The User agrees to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations regarding the use of the Service, including, but not limited to, privacy laws and intellectual property laws.

  8. Non-Interference: The User agrees not to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service, including but not limited to, the servers or networks connected to the service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the service.

  9. Modification of Terms: rweb.site reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is the User's responsibility to check these Terms of Service periodically for changes. Continued use of the service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use the Service.
