vi and vim editors need q! to quit even without file changed

1. Following command doesn't work:
   find . -type f -name "*"
   FIND: Parameter format not correct

2. vi and vim editors need q! to quit even without the file is changed.

The original cygwin64 terminal does not have these issue.
