Import hangs

I've been using openflights for several years. I keep an properly formatted XLS on my computer. Whenever I update it (usually every few months), I save as CSV, goto the website, delete all, and import and it works great.

Today I try it and it hangs at 559 with no error. "Upload successful. Parsing... Results Tmpfile phpxoc1b6"
If I try keep historical names, it works (but I dont want to do that)
I checked line 559 and nothing is special. Same airline United.
Line 559 is from 2017, I probably last uploaded maybe 4months ago, over 1000 lines with no problem.
