This project is a great tool for reviewing games. One of the tools provided is a Color Mode tool to color the points with Blue, Red, and Green. You can color certain areas to explain something if you need to. The coolest feature is that you can actually make it count the squares that you colored. This is great for explaining was is and is not territory. Additionally, you can click squares twice to make it worth double or triple. Then when you tell it to count, it counts all the squares on the board and tells you the result.

I think it has many uses for teaching and study. Would love to see it implemented. The difficult thing would be to make the colors sync over the server.

You could pass color state through game chat maybe.
