Add Color Name to Library and retrieve it #10

I want to do the following:

Make the colors a 2D library to include the color names.
Color names to be placed in the title tags of the colors.
Retrieve the Color Name when the color is clicked on.

How do I do this? Btw, I love your script! Exactly what I was looking for, however I do not know how to do the above 🤔
