We want to provide a SDK on regular basis, therefore add SDK build of https://github.com/jhnc-oss/meta-protos/blob/main/recipes-core/images/protos-core-image-dev.bb to CI pipeline.

The SDK has been moved to: https://github.com/jhnc-oss/meta-protos/blob/main/recipes-core/images/protos-core-sdk.bb
