Update the chinese translation for JHipster v7

Can someone please update the translation for the v7 release and update the last year of docs changes 🙏.

Thanks a lot @wangxinxx! I know it's not an easy job. If only we were using a real i18n system from the beginning.

You can use this diff to see what was changed since commit d3ace3059c which I have identified as the latest commit on which the translation is based: jhipster/jhipster.github.io@d3ace30...main

This will help you find which text has been changed. For the assets, I guess you can just copy/paste from the https://github.com/jhipster/jhipster.github.io repo.

The update to 7.0 is almost complete, please merge PR.

There are still unfinished releases, so keep updating.
There are also some video resources, I will transfer them to bilibili.com so that Chinese users can access them.
