Bug Fixes and GridSeq Range Knob.

• GridSeq
  • Now has a range knob (and CV) to scale the output from 0 to 10 volts. This is fun. 😄 Keep it low for bass lines. Increase it up to 10 for controlling other modules with the 'Out' value.
  • Scale and Note Knobs now snap to values.
• Quantizer bugs fixed (hopefully)
  • Scale and Note Knobs now snap to values.
  • A# and B were the same (fixed by snapping)
  • Blues Scale was wrong.
  • Incorrect Values for Negative Voltages (Notes less than C3)
• RMS is now named Volts and shows Min and Max voltages over time.
  • This was done to help me debug the quantizer issues.

bug fixes

• GridSeq Graphics freeze, lag issues (Now knobs don't update on 'random notes' cv in. If you want knobs to update after cv into 'random notes', right click the random notes button.)
• SimpleClock reset was not setting phase to zero so you could get two triggers close together on reset.
