Would you consider adding this to stackage? The process is pretty straight forward. You just have to make a pull request adding something like the following to the packages section in build-constraints.yaml at the stackage repo.

"Your Name <youremail@example.com> @yourgithubuser":
    - package1
    - package2
    - package3

The expectations on your package a pretty much just to always be compatible with the newest versions of all your dependencies. You will be notified if that is not the case anymore and be given some time to fix it. See here for more information.

I'm not really using this package anymore. Would you, or anyone you may have in mind, be willing to take over ownership of it?

@janpath I added you to the maintainers list of smallcheck-series in Hackage. I also gave you permissions to push directly to this repo, but feel free to fork this repo if you prefer it.
