Describe the Bug

Threads screen says "you don't have any model" while i have some cloud models

Steps to Reproduce

Scenerio 1:

  • Delete all local models & only keep cloud models
  • Create new thread & you will see this screen

  • Fresh install Jan > Missing Starter Screen
