bug: Empty UI when reopening Jan application

Jan v0.5.12-rc2-beta

Describe the Bug

When reopening the Jan application after closing it, the user interface appears completely empty/blank instead of showing the expected content.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Jan application
2. Close Jan application
3. Reopen Jan application
4. Observe that the UI is empty/blank

As you can see in the video, it's spontaneous, sometimes it happens sometime it doesn't.

Hi @imtuyethan Hi @imtuyethan, have you copied over the threads data? I noticed that the threads list appears different between two sessions. This led to the issue
