Description:

When a thread title is too long, it causes the "..." ellipsis to disappear from the displayed text, making it impossible for users to access the thread settings.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a thread with a long title
  2. Observe that the "..." ellipsis disappears at the end of the title.
  3. Notice that the "..." is no longer visible and the settings option is unavailable.

Expected behavior:
The "..." ellipsis should remain visible and clicking on it should expand the title and reveal the settings options.

Additional context:
Currently happening on Windows
This issue can be particularly problematic for users with long thread titles, as they are unable to access the settings and options associated with those threads. This can lead to frustration and confusion.
