Individual outfit lists for different girls (#question)

#1 I know a version of this question was asked previously, and I think the functionality was implemented, but how do you use this mod, possibly in conjunction with Additional Card Info, to give different girls their own individual wardrobes. Preferably explained in small, easy to understand words?

I think it has something to do with clothing sets, but for the life of me I haven't been able to figure it out. I've looked over the "wiki" a bunch of times, and sets, how they function, and what they do for distinguishing some outfits from others besides simple meta organization isn't very well explained.
