I have created a token a few days back, and I want to update its metadata, when I tried that from the website I got an error says: undefined: failed to send transaction: Transaction simulation failed: Blockhash not found

I have some sol in my wallet (more than 0.2 in phantom wallet)
what causes this problem? and how can I solve it?
