<b>Booking Confirmation</b>: To secure your reservation with Cebu Van for Rental, a non-refundable booking deposit is required. This deposit amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking and is necessary to reserve the van for your specified dates. Your booking will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of this deposit.

<b>Payment Methods</b>: We accept payment through various methods, including cash and electronic transfers. The remaining balance of the rental fee is due on the day of your van rental. Our staff will provide you with payment instructions and receipts as necessary.

<b>Cancellation Policy</b>: In the event of a booking cancellation, please notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled rental date to be eligible for a partial refund of your booking deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking date are non-refundable, as it may not allow us to book the van to other potential customers.

<b>No-Show</b>: Failure to arrive for your rental without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit. Please inform us as early as possible if you need to make changes to your rental plans or if you experience delays.
