Command line script to download podcasts
Configuration is placed in ~/.config/podcasts-grabber/feeds.conf:

Notes:
- non-URL line is ignored
- every feed is downloaded in its own folder
- only new episodes are downloaded
- podcasts are downloaded to
~/podcastsfolder
