[Login]: login process starts also with user and password blank

Subject of the issue

Login authentication starts even if with user and password blank when Login button is clicked

Your environment

Chrome

Steps to reproduce

• Go to https://dataportal-private.daf.teamdigitale.it/#/login
• Leave Email and Password blank
• Click Login

Expected behaviour

No http requests for the login auth should be sent, but javascript validation should display alert.

Actual behaviour

From the screenshot attached it seems the login process is started also if user and password are empty.
