Firma elettronica con PIN per intero #137

Prevedere la possibilità di calcolare la firma elettronica avanzata, inserendo il PIN di 8 cifre per intero senza bisogno di abbinare la CIE.
In tal modo si riesce a far firmare anche presso uno sportello, senza che siano memorizzate le 4 cifre del PIN sulla postazione.
