Hello, can i limit the scroll wheel zoom to be a spy glass exclusive?

Hello, i just downloaded this mod and i have yet to test it, but the Modrinth page (despite the extensive and helpful feature descriptions) left me wondering if it's possible to let me enhance the zoom with the scroll wheel ONLY when carrying a spy glass, that way i'd still have an incentive to have a spy glass, and have the normal zoom have only one small level of zoom.
The Modrinth page mentions i can set the mod to only work when i have a spy glass, but i don't have it clear if that also includes the aforementioned feature, that's why i ask here.
