Incorrect Normalization Claim in load_image method Docstring

The docstring for the load_image function in "mtcnn/utils/images.py" incorrectly states that if normalize=True, the image values will be scaled to the range [0, 1]. However, the function's code does not perform any normalization. Also, there is a previous function that do normalization to range [-1,1].
