refactor trust-wallet to send IoTeX transaction in web3.js format #15

here are 2 commits that implement IoTeX transaction in trust-wallet's wallet-core repo: https://github.com/trustwallet/wallet-core/commits?author=dustinxie
since we now support web3.js format, we can encode our tx in web3.js format, and directly send to our web3 server
at the end, this would allow us to retire the pharos service
