Deeplink not redirected to app but opens in Safari without app button. Only Iphone 12 Pro max

Hello, i have the problem with open deeplink, deeplink not redirected to app. But opens deeplink in Safari without app button.
Can we help me?

TEST DEVICE IPHONE 12 PRO MAX, APP TestFlight
but on Iphone 7,8,X,11,12 works good.
