New IDL Notebook User Experience

Hey Everyone! We have updated the way that IDL Notebook cells run so that they emulate the IDL Console.

Below is a screenshot showing a couple of examples of our new behavior when we run cells. We are hoping this will bring a brand new way for users to write and interact with code (and a big alternative to the debug console).
