Telegraf plugin docs link to master branch of repo #1195

The documentation for all plugins links to the related README in the master branch of the Telegraf repo.

This means that no matter what version of Telegraf you have selected, you are always viewing the latest development documentation, which causes a lot of confusion about what features are supported in a plugin.
