The existing system integrity feature (file report / "repair" screen) is built in a way that has several shortcomings. At this point in time we're looking into completely rewriting it. The future implementation will be built to handle more situations and hopefully address a much more broad idea of "system integrity". Based on feedback, it will be implemented in an async manner, meaning that the report and checks will be generated in the background.
