How to extract row n from ibis dataframe as a Python list?

The best I've come up with to extract, say, the third row (DuckDB back-end) is:

list(con.con.execute(df.limit(1, offset=2).compile()).fetchone())

This works, but it's a lot clunkier than doing this in pandas. Is there a better way?
