The DID document served by a BPA in web mode is currently not compliant to the CR of the DID core spec.
See e.g. https://acme.iil.network/.well-known/did.json

We should update the model to be compliant and check with the ACA-Py native web resolver once it's merged and released.

related to #416. should be fixed once the new wrapper is released.
