In turn, ENVO is getting the fluorescence as subclass of disposition asserted from imports obi_import.owl. In obi_edit.owl, however, fluorescence is not subclass to disposition, nor does the incorrect subclass show up in any of the OBI obi/src/ontology/OntoFox_outputs import files.
I'm wondering why ENVO thinks OBI is asserting this. @cmungall any idea why this is?
