Fade-In and Fade-Out on Scroll Area Thumb

This is incredibly nit-picky, but would be nice to have short fades on the ScollThumb when it appears and disappears, like 75-150ms. This could also be optional.

Using Tailwind classes on the Thumb or the underlying el didnt work so far.
