- 4 bananas
- ½ c. brown sugar
- 8 tbsp. butter
Melt butter on medium heat in a small saucepan. Add brown sugar. Stir and heat until the sugar’s fully dissolved (add a tbsp. or two of water if needed) and for an additional minute or so.
Slice bananas into thick slices (thicker slices maintain integrity).
Remove saucepan from heat. Add bananas and mix to combine.
