Matter Server Version: 6.2.1

I have tested 3 separate devices that all show up the same.

How a device is detected into the platform is based of the device type.
Within the same debug UI you grabbed above screenshots, it should also display the detected devicetype(s) for each endpoint. Please let me know what it says.

Also, please create a diagnostics dump from the device from HA:
HA settings --> Integartions --> Matter --> devices --> This device --> click download diagnostics (hidden behind the 3 dots).
