Extra detail as seen on Chrome using JAWS:

Prior to uploading a file, the first button on page reads - "Upload a file" button (required invalid entry)
However, after a file has been selected and uploaded, JAWS reads the same button as - "Upload a file" button required

HTML file upload component had an issue with button. Will test and update findings.

Resize issue resolved but Jaws issue remains. Tested with NVDA with no issues. Will test with latest Jaws version (2024) and update findings.
