#20 : Meeting Minutes [April 15, 2018]

• Most of the progress report is finished, all that remains are unit testing (5), stats analysis tool, and calculations for the first sprint velocities. Technical difficulties were experienced as most members were using library laptops due to own personal laptops being broken. So it was tough to make screenshots of our website, which was hosted locally.

• Paul completed the stats analysis tool using PHLint instead PHP Mess Detector. There were few errors detected, Paul is currently working on fixing it. The report analysis output from PHLint is placed in the Appendix section, which is not counted in the 5 page limit.

• Landry's velocity calculations exceeds the 5 page report; the team came up the solution of putting all the detailed calculations on a separate link on the wiki. We were able to reduce the page size to fit the 5 pages maximum requirements.

• Deba and Michelle is working on the unit testing that is left for the features.

• Yazan and Mila worked on presentation slides. Speaking roles for the slides were assigned.

• Refactoring was conducted to make sure that our naming convention style is consistent throughout the code.
